&lt;p&gt;The Archdiocese of Malta is seeking to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller on a full-time indefinite basis. The selected candidate will report to the Financial Controllers and is responsible for the accounting function of diocesan entities, managing the various insurance policies, monitoring of budgets and supervising accounts, among other tasks which may be assigned from time to time according to the exigencies of the Finance Unit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate must:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be a fully qualified accountant and warranted to practise in Malta. Candidates who are fully qualified and currently in the process of obtaining their warrant may also be considered.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a minimum of three (3) years&#039; experience in an accounts-related role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have strong analytical, numeracy and problem-solving skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a good working knowledge of accounting software packages.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have sound professional judgement in the review of financial information.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have proven organisational and time management skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to work both independently and in a team and adhere to the established deadlines and operational requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to supervise and review the work of staff to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with established procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to coordinate, manage and oversee staff effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.&lt;/li&gt;

Assistant Financial Contoller

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As a Support Worker Reliever, you will support individuals with disabilities in a safe, caring and inclusive environment. You will initially join the reliever pool to cover staff leave and sickness. Full-time vacancies with fixed rosters are offered internally to Support Worker Relievers.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Provide person-centred support that meets residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Assist with daily living, including personal care, dressing, meals and medication-related tasks in line with training and procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Encourage residents’ independence, dignity, inclusion and meaningful social participation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Follow individual support plans and work closely with the wider team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Record and report changes in residents’ wellbeing, behaviour or incidents.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Support recreational and therapeutic activities.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow health and safety, safeguarding and confidentiality procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Attend required training and professional development.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Skills and Qualifications&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Valid Certificate and Card as applicable of First Aid and Food Handling Course&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Previous support work or care experience preferred.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Good English communication skills; Maltese is an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Empathy, patience, teamwork and strong organisational skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;· Flexibility to meet residents’ needs and cover varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.&lt;/p&gt;

Support Worker (Reliever)

&lt;p&gt;The Digital Marketing Officer will report to the Digital Content and Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the implementation and improvement of the digital marketing strategy and social media channels of the Archdiocese of Malta.  S/he will be in charge of promoting content, events and services provided by the Archdiocese, and is expected to assist in the production of media.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate must: &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a tertiary qualification (EQF Level 6) in marketing, communications, or a related field. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have at least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be familiar with search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, and performance marketing. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have in-dept understanding of user journey and user account lifecycle. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be familiar with lead generation and customer retention principles. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a firm grasp of Google Analytics, Facebook insight and similar tools. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess broad knowledge of key digital marketing metrics and KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ARPU, and CLV. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess good knowledge of marketing automation tools like Customer. io., Salesforce and similar tools.  &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software will be considered an asset. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have excellent oral and written communication skills in Maltese and English. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have a good balance of creativity and analytical skills. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be passionate for keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing channels and tools. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to collect, process and analyse statistical data using online marketing tools.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
